Your data rights
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you six rights over your personal data.
The honest version, first
We hold essentially nothing about you: no account, no stored inputs or results, no persistent identifier tying activity back to you (see the full breakdown on the privacy page). So most requests here will be answered with an honest confirmation that there’s no personal data of yours on file. The rights still stand regardless of how little we have — here is how to use them.
The six rights
- Access. Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it's processed.
- Correction. Ask us to correct or update personal data that's inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete personal data we hold about you.
- Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw any consent you've previously given for processing your personal data.
- Nomination. Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Grievance. Raise a complaint about how your data has been handled.
How to exercise any of these
Email grievance@forea-tech.com with the subject line “Data rights request,” naming which right you’re exercising. No form — a form would mean collecting personal data just to ask us to act on it, which is exactly the kind of unnecessary collection this site avoids. See the grievance officer page for full contact details.
